Tania is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate from Sutherland-Chan school of Massage Therapy where she gained experience in both clinical and outreach environments. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph Humber and a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion from Humber College.
As a former competitive gymnast and collegiate varsity soccer player, Tania was driven to become a massage therapist to help others overcome their injuries and improve overall wellness. She is confident in creating a meaningful rapport and encourages clients to be actively involved in their program of care.
Tania has experience treating individuals with sports injuries, scar tissue impairments, pre and post-natal patients, and for stress relief and tension management. Her treatment approach usually consists of a combination of swedish massage and myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy applications and therapeutic exercise.
