Meaghan is an honours graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber College and the BASc in Kinesiology program at the University of Guelph-Humber. Throughout her studies, Meaghan has been working in the health industry as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and athletic coach.
Meaghan’s passion for health and fitness stems from her athletic background in gymnastics and dance. She has been competitively dancing for approximately 8 years with experience in many different styles. Meaghan was also given the opportunity to compete internationally on World Championship stages in countries such as Denmark, Italy and Scotland.
With her experience coaching a variety of sports such as dance, gymnastics, circus arts, and skating mechanics for hockey players, Meaghan is excited to use her training knowledge in a rehabilitation setting. Her goal is to help patients overcome their current injuries and provide them with knowledge to help prevent future ones. Meaghan feels confident that she can help patients push past the physical and mental barriers on the road to recovery.
