Nada received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from York University. She has a deep passion for health, wellness, and promoting holistic well-being. Her fascination with the human body began at a young age through her experience as a competitive swimmer, which instilled in her the importance of caring for the body, mind, and soul. This early foundation shaped her belief that optimal well-being is rooted in movement, mindfulness, and a proactive approach to health. Nada views movement as medicine, and she is committed to supporting others in their journey toward better mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
